What you will learn?
This is the first class in a four-part series featuring video replays from Sacred Awakening, a womb healing workshop. In this class, participants will learn how to tap into the energy of their womb, initiating the healing and awakening of their sacred feminine. The full four-week virtual program draws on American Hoodoo and Vodou practices to guide participants in creating transformative change in their lives.
The second class in this four-part series delves into the connection between the divine feminine and water spirits. Participants will explore how these spirits can aid in nurturing and empowering their sacred feminine energy. Through this deeper understanding, they will learn how to work with these spiritual forces to support their healing journey. The full program continues to utilize American Hoodoo and Vodou practices, helping participants create transformative shifts in their lives.
The third class in this four-part series focuses on the use of gourds and melons in womb healing. Participants will learn how these natural tools, rooted in traditional healing practices, can be used to support and enhance the process of sacred feminine healing. By integrating these elements into their spiritual work, participants can deepen their connection to their womb and facilitate greater transformation. As with the entire program, this class incorporates American Hoodoo and Vodou modalities to guide participants in creating lasting change in their lives.
The fourth class in this series centers on the sacral chakra, the energy hub associated with creativity, sexuality, and emotional well-being. Participants will learn how to balance and activate this chakra to support their womb healing and enhance their sacred feminine power. Through focused exercises and spiritual practices, this class helps unlock the sacral chakra's potential for transformation. As with the other sessions, American Hoodoo and Vodou modalities are integrated to guide participants in creating profound, life-changing shifts.
About the course
The Sacred Awakening 2023 Workshop was a collaboration effort between Mambo Sole and Danisha Nunn that invited women to reconnect with their inner power through a unique blend of ancestral practices and womb-centered healing. This immersive 4-part series included:

"I must say I was not as focused as I would have loved to be but I caught up while on vacation on the materials and the dolls and it was really a life changing.
